Adrian Wenzel studied at the University of Basel and received a Master in Finance & Economics. In addition he earned a degree as a Certified International Investment Analyst and Asset Manager (CIIA).

Adrian started his career by gaining international experience as a commodity trader in Argentina and was a strategy consultant in the field of e-commerce for companies in London. In 2001 he joined Baloise Asset Management as a portfolio manager for Swiss Equities and was responsible for nearly one billion Swiss Francs.

In 2006 he took on the challenge as head of the portfolio management for Swiss Equities at Bank Sarasin & Cie. Due to his successes and dedication he was appointed Head Asset Management Equities in 2007 and became responsible for an asset base of almost two billion Swiss Francs. Among his clients were well-known pension funds, family offices and independent funds.
